VOIP Telephone system required. Verification Notes: A VOIP telephone system is required for a scaffolding business. They currently have one telephone line with two numbers and a VOIP service provider. They're looking for a better alternative VOIP system as their existing lines etc are seperate and communicate as seperate lines. They require 3 handsets (2 in an office and one in the warehouse). They want a queuing system and a means of recognising calls they've missed. Additionally they'll need to divert to mobile and have voice mail.
